Remittance Transfers

Last updated October 21, 2026

1. Your rights

International transfers you send are "remittance transfers" protected by federal law: the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E, 12 C.F.R. Part 1005, Subpart B. This notice summarizes your rights. The disclosures you receive when you send govern the details of each transfer, and you cannot waive these rights.

2. Disclosures before you pay

Before you pay for a transfer, we show you the amount you are sending, our fees, the exchange rate, any taxes or third-party fees we can determine, the total amount your recipient will receive, and the date the funds will be available. When you complete the transfer, we give you a receipt with the same information.

3. Your right to cancel

You can cancel a transfer for a full refund within 30 minutes after you pay, as long as the funds have not yet been picked up or deposited into your recipient's account. To cancel, use the app or email support@mustardmsb.com with your transfer details. If you cancel in time, we refund the total amount you paid, including fees, within three business days.

4. Error resolution

If you think there has been an error with a transfer, contact us through Support in the app or at support@mustardmsb.com no later than 180 days after the date the funds were disclosed as available. Tell us your name, the error or question, and the transfer details. We will investigate and decide whether an error occurred within 90 days, tell you the result, and correct any error as the law requires, which may include refunding fees, resending the transfer at no cost, or refunding the amount.

5. What counts as an error

An error includes charging you the wrong amount, delivering the wrong amount to your recipient, a late delivery, or funds not being delivered. Some situations are not errors under the law, for example when you gave us an incorrect account number or recipient institution identifier and we gave you the notice the law requires.

6. Timing at your recipient's bank

Once we deliver funds to your recipient's bank, how long that bank takes to make them available is outside our control. Your disclosures state the date we expect the funds to be available.

7. Regulators

You can also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov or (855) 411-2372, or your state financial regulator, for help with a remittance transfer.
