Complaints and Disputes

1. How to raise a complaint
We want to fix problems quickly. Contact us first through Support in the app or at support@mustardmsb.com with your name, account email, and a description of the issue. For a problem with a specific international transfer, you also have the error-resolution rights described in our Remittance Transfers notice.
2. How we handle complaints
We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within 15 business days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer. We keep records of complaints and their outcomes as the law requires and to improve the Service.
3. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, ask us to escalate your complaint to our compliance team. We will give you a final response and the reasons for it.
4. Outside help
You can also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov or (855) 411-2372, or your state financial regulator. Nothing here limits your rights under the law, including your rights for international transfers.
