E-Sign Consent

Last updated October 21, 2026

By agreeing, you consent under the federal E-Sign Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 and following) to receive all disclosures, agreements, notices, receipts, and other records ("Communications") from Mustard electronically. Your electronic actions, such as tapping "Agree" or confirming with your PIN or biometrics, are your signature and have the same legal effect as a handwritten one.

Your consent covers all Communications about your account and the Service, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, transfer disclosures and receipts, error-resolution notices, tax forms, other legal notices, and any changes to them.

3. What you need

To access and keep Communications, you need a compatible smartphone with a current version of the Mustard app and a supported operating system, internet access, enough storage, and the ability to view and save PDFs and web pages. Some notices also need a valid email address on file.

You can withdraw your consent by contacting support@mustardmsb.com. Because the Service is provided electronically, withdrawing consent means we may limit or close your account. Withdrawal does not affect Communications we provided before it takes effect or transfers already in progress.

5. Paper copies

You can ask for a paper copy of any Communication by contacting support@mustardmsb.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies, which we will tell you when you ask. Asking for one does not withdraw your consent.

6. Keeping your details current

Keep your email address and contact details current in the app so we can reach you, and tell us promptly when they change.
