Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Here is how, and what to expect.
Waitlist email
If you joined the waitlist and want your email removed, email support@mustardmsb.com from that address, or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will remove it promptly.
Deleting your Mustard account
You can delete your Mustard account in two ways:
- In the app. Go to Account, then Delete account, and follow the steps.
- By email. Write to support@mustardmsb.com from your registered email and we will verify your identity and process the request.
What gets deleted
We delete the personal information associated with your account, such as your profile and contact details. Some information must be kept for a limited period to meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to a regulated money service. We delete or anonymize it once those obligations end.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
